At Lumilines, we aim to deliver your lighting products safely, securely, and on time. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.

UK Shipping

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over the stated threshold at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or peak periods.

 

International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries.

  • Standard International Shipping: 3–17 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 2–11 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

 

Large Items & Packaging

Our neon signs and lighting products (including 50×50cm boards) are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. We use protective materials and trusted couriers to ensure safe delivery.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Delays & Lost Parcels

 

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
